Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings. Your role will involve administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
- Experience in a variety of healthcare settings such as ER, nursing homes, or senior care facilities is a plus
- Proficiency in performing various nursing procedures including esthetic laser treatment, gastric lavage, ostomy care, suture removal, etc.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and safe practices
- Familiarity with discharge planning processes
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [STATE]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
